As an enhancement shaman who primarily does pvp, I have been using Incantamento Arma - Marchio dei Cantaguerra on both of my weapons and I have recently switched over to Incantamento Arma - Marchio dei Guerci Insanguinati. The short story is that bleeding hollow is a lot better for pvp enhancement shaman. If you want to know more, let me tell you why:

Mark of Warsong is very uptime dependent as is the haste stat, so it's pretty bad for a pvp melee class in general even if haste is a great "mathematical" stat that gives you flowery results on some sim or spreadsheet. The effective haste gain for each proc of warsong with 100% uptime for the 20 sec duration of the buff works out to 550, which can be calculated by adding up the value of haste for each tick and then dividing by 10, which is the number of ticks that occur per proc. The biggest problem with mark of warsong in pvp, and I'd say to some degree in pve, is that the way it ticks down can have a drastic impact on the net gain of haste you actually experience.

Let's say that both of your haste buffs proc off of lightning shield as you are still approaching your target. This happens A LOT in pvp, and for every second your out of melee range, your effective benefit from warsong has diminished substantially.

The warsong buff decreases by 100 haste rating every 2 seconds, so lets assume you require 5 seconds of approach time to get into melee range. For these 5 seconds the buff is not only providing zero benefit to you, but you also just lost 200 haste rating - and double that to 400 since you had dual procs, one off each weapon. Suppose you got into melee range after 5 sec, that leaves you with 15 sec of the buff, but you're now at 800 haste rating with 8 ticks left:

(800 + 700 + 600 + 500 + 400 + 300 + 200 + 100) / 8 = 450

To put it another way, the in those 5 seconds you were either being kited or running to get in range because the buff proc'd on lightning shield, your effective haste rating becomes 450 per proc or 22% less effective. If it took you 10 seconds to get in range after the initial proc:

(500 + 400 + 300 + 200 + 100) / 5 = 300

Your effective haste rating for remaining buff duration is a paltry 300, or an 83% reduction from the maximum effectiveness of 550 haste rating if you had 100% uptime. Ouch! Even with dual warsong procs, that's only 600 haste rating in total, a little over 6% haste for enhancement shaman...and that assumes you stay on target for the remaining 10 sec duration. Suppose you eat a stun for 5 seconds...well...you get the point. Mark of Warsong is a bad choice for enhancement shaman in pvp, and I'd wager it's pretty bad for the same reasons for other melee specs in pvp.

With any of the other enchant buffs you get a fixed value buff for a shorter set duration. While the stat benefit is mathematically identical to this one in terms of max potential, because the value of the buff from bleeding hollow (or other enchants) does not tick down you will gain the full benefit of having dual 500 mastery procs, a bit over 9% additional mastery for my class and effectively a flat 9% buff to my damage.

Suffice it to say that Incantamento Arma - Marchio dei Guerci Insanguinati is substantially better for enhancement shaman in pvp, providing higher net DPS and noticeably better burst, because even if it takes me 5 sec to get in range, I still have enough time to unload a couple lava lashes, a lightning bolt and a shock gaining full damage buff benefit from the bleeding hollow enchant.

If I enchant BoA weps with this enchant and give to a lvl 1 rogue will the mastery proc and will the stat work for the character. I see that WoD crit, spirit, and haste enchants all work but, I'm just curious that's all please let me know thanks in advance everyone.

Here is some information that is not mentioned in the official text:

It can dual proc if you have it on Mainhand + Offhand.
It has no Internal Cooldown (ICD) so the buff can refresh.
Extended buff duration is only a chance on critical strikes, not 100% chance.
If you have it on both weapons and both procs are up, one critical strike can extend the duration of both buffs.
It has a chance to proc on a consumable item.

Buying this enchant and placing it on your weapon does NOT unlock the illusion. If you want the illusion you will have to loot it from Kilrogg in Hellfire Citadel.
