"Kajal" means useless legacy quest item in English.

Its a white item which is supposed to mean it has some use in the game to somebody. It doesn't as far as I can tell. It can't be vendored or sold on the AH. Completely useless, all you can do is trash it.

As of 6.2.3, Occhio di Kajal is still dropping from Forziere Oscuro and still white, even though the quest associated with it (Compendio sulla Tenacia) has been removed from the game since Cataclysm. Even though it is white, it is junk. Delete it with confidence.

Update 1: The item is still dropping in 8.1.0 and still junk.

Update 2: As shown by a recent run for xmog, the item is still dropping in 8.3.7 and still junk.

Update 3: Just did a run to kill time in 9.2.7, the eye is still dropping from Dark Coffer and still bag-slot wasting junk.

This item is a Common drop, which gets soulbound.
But as of BFA 8.0.1 it does nothing.
You can safely delete it.

You can destroy. Eye of Kajal is still dropping from Dark Coffer, even though the quest associated with it, Libram of Tenacity, is obsolete as of Cata.
