The initial dungeon quest is 1 time only but then you can buy them in unlimited quantity from Filark il Sempreverde in your Lumber Mill after that, costing 250 Tronco for 3 charges.

Unbound Charge

Poisonous Claws is a single target ability, Acid Spit is a frontal cone AoE, Primal Vengeance is a mass grip, and Unbound Charge is a charge/stun/knockdown ability.

I expect this to be patched, but at the moment when using this item, during the transformation it causes the sky to flash red (link to video) for everyone in the area, which isn't a bad thing...but you can cancel the cast and recast it over and over again with no CD if you don't actually use the item.

Has been patched, now the player using the item is the only one who will see the sky change color.

Phylarch starts selling it after you used up the one you get from the quest. I saved mine for some time cause I thought they removed the item, but it is still obtainable.

This can be used in the Highmaul Coliseum event.

This is usable in regular dungeons, -tried it on a bossfight (single target) where it did about 35k dps

You can basically go crazy for a full minute

I was not able to use this in a Raid Finder run. Therefore, once you have enough garrison resources, the followers, and the title, and are no longer running dungeons, the Lumber Mill is no longer useful.

The transformation from Sacchetto di Semi di Verdeterno gives you 1 minute of causing mayhem. Sadly there's a 10 minute cooldown because this is a lot of fun!

The pouch you get from the quest has 3 charges which are consumed as you use this - but a refill can be obtained from Filark il Sempreverde if you are having so much fun that you want to do it again!

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I replaced my Lumbermill, then found out that Phylarch no longer appears in your garrison. So I rebuilt the Lumber mill to lvl 3, he's assigned as a follower to that building I have 250 lumber in bags, and there is no way to buy more seeds from him. Am I missing something perhaps? The only interaction he offers is "come on patrol with me". That is it. There is no "can I buy some seed from you" option. Where would it be? Is there a vendor interaction with him that isn't showing up in my case?

How is this related to Inn/Tavern? The Quick Facts card needs to be corrected. This comes from the Lumber Mill.

while not useable in azeroth, it can be used in UBRS

It doeals tons of dmg too, managed over 100k with it, although that may have been aoe
either way it still deals an absolute truckload of damage
