As a tauren (if race still has influence in how fast you get inebriated) one sip gets you feeling drunk, two make you completely smashed. Strong stuff.
Also, according to HandyNotes, this has no quest id associated to it, so you can probably loot it multiple times. Will edit when I get proof for this.

As a Draenei, I couldn't get my tail halfway through the door before I realized I could just reach through the window with the right camera angle.
