To get this needs a little work.

First, you need to get to Mar'gok's Overwatch in Nagrand.
There is a path at 78.25,71.90 that has blue flags with gold bars on them. Head up this path.
At the top of the path (76.10,73.00) there is a Steamwheedle Exploration Glider.
Use that glider to fly to the ledge to the right (76.00,70.60)
Run across the ledge, then up the cliff (75.95,65.85)
Head up to the top of the mountain and Explorer Razzuk will offer you another Steamwheedle Exploration Glider (75.70,64.50)
Fly down to the cave opening (76.93,64.37)
Activate the Goblin Explosives Plunger to release Berserk Serie T-300 Mark II.

If you have TomTom, put the following into a macro to ease the process:
/way 76.93 64.37 Fly Down
/way 75.70 64.50 To the top
/way 75.95 65.85 Run across Ledge
/way 76.00 70.60 Fly to Ledge
/way 76.10 73.00 Glider
/way 78.25 71.90 Start of Path
If you're manually entering each step, go from bottom to top.

This trinket does proc off of Atonement heals, although I noticed that the chance to proc was pretty awful. It took about 40 seconds of non-stop spamming my atonement rotation for it to proc.
