Looks like a rather decent trinket to get started into heroics with (locks). Would prefer static mastery with haste boost, but both stats are good.

Anyone know how to find out the internal cooldown? The MoP trinkets show the cooldown on the tooltip, but I've noticed that WoD trinkets do not.

This might be obvious to most people, but for anyone like me, I figured I'd just add a comment to help out: in my experience, this trinket does proc from spell hits, not just auto-attacks.

Will trigger from all attacks, including spells. Mine seems to trigger every minute and five seconds ... about every 65 sec. Varies considerably on time and is affected by number of shots/spells, so I am guessing a low activation rate of perhaps 15%. I used Sbarramento every 65 secs to make it fire for sure, and it does. If I try anything less, it does not. It procs for more than the tooltip:

My Perizia Acuta was for 546 Mastery even though the tooltip on Cuore di Iperius Infuocato says 507 (Perizia Acuta tooltip = 609 and the trigger tooltip Item - Attacks Proc Mastery = 565).
(Since I originally posted this, the wowhead tooltip on Cuore di Iperius Infuocato was corrected to 546, from 507 and the proc tooltips now both show 609)

As stated before, it will trigger from auto-attacks, just takes a long time ... 1 attack every 2.5 to 2.9 seconds ... should take about 15 - 20 seconds to trigger on average if you are just using auto-attack. Fire Sbarramento and it will trigger if it is off cooldown.
