This Talbuk is one of 7 new rarespawn-dropped mounts. Warlords of Draenor adds 5 variations of Talbuks, with this being a light brown version.

6 of these rarespawns have a 100% chance to reward their respective mounts for everyone that participates in the kill. source

The 7th, Nok-Karosh, is unique in that only 1 Garn Urlocupo drops from him. The mount is unbound, meaning it can be traded or sold on the auction house.

Calcabrezza Agile is received from killing Pathrunner.
Bestia dei Fiumi di Zaffiro is received from killing Silthide.
Zannagrigia Maestoso is received from killing Gorok the Cleaver.
Calcaradure Chiazzato is received from killing Luk'hok.
Zoccolorosso Adulto is received from killing Nakk the Thunderer.
Protogronn Mantosolare is received from killing Poundfist.
Garn Urlocupo Drops from Nok-Karosh.

Has no special skin or anything different from any other talbuk mount in the game, really. I was hoping it would be similar to the Spirit of Shinri in a mount version.

Just killed and got this mount. I'm not sure how rare of a rare spawn this is, otherwise I would have invited people into the group. I was very surprised when the mount dropped!

Friend just killed him today on Thrall on his 91 warlock. Easy kill and nice reward.

I'm surprised to not see any comments. =) Anyways, I didn't know this mount existed (but looted it today), and I certainly wasn't farming it. I'm surprised to see wowhead mark it as a 100% drop. I have a few other mounts that were 100% drops in wod, and they required a group to obtain.

This one is easily solo-able! Didn't even break a sweat on a level 93 toon.

I got the Swift Breezestrider on 2/13/16 around 5:30 a.m. eastern on Alexstrasza. It was near the Anguish Fortress.

very long fight on 92 pally but not what I would call 'difficult'. just a lot of dps and self-heals. potted an elixer of giant growth halfway in, to speed it up, but ehh.. just a long fight. now to see what it will AH for haha

Though I would just confirm that as of now you can kill Pathrunner then loot and learn the Swift Breezestrider mount on a free-to-play level 20 character. It showed up as a level 20 rare mob and took around 3 minutes to solo. Whether you can survive this fight on every class is another question, but I had no problem on a Vengeance Demon Hunter.
