~~For Horde, Il bottino dei Lamacurva rewards the items to start all the primary crafting professions.~~ Looks like Blizzard removed that quest, thus changing how you acquire these items. I received them before I had finished the Bladespire Fortress quest line with my most recent character. The quests are two or 3 steps long and the final reward is an item you click to enable Draenor crafting as well as the level 1 blueprint for the related garrison building.

Prontuario di Pesca su Draenor and Primo Soccorso di Draenor both are found while fishing (as well as world drops) and Libro Mastro della Cartografia Fragile is found while digging. The remaining profession items -- Cucina di Draenor, Compendio delle Erbe di Draenor, Trattato sull'Estrazione su Draenor and Guida alla Scuoiatura su Draenor are random drops from out in the world. They do not have an associated quest, you just right click to learn the skill to the new Draenor max of 700.

NOTE: you can gather before you find these items, but if your skill is already level 600 you won't get any skill ups until you use the appropriate item.

If you learn your profession(s) after killing the mob you can just kill mobs in the world to get this item.

Interesting I had this item drop while my Engineering skill is already maxxed. Although I had dropped another prof and rerolled engineering in its place.

Requirement for Horde players seems to be the kill of Dorogg the Ruthless in Landa di Fuocogelo.
He can't be killed until you have the quest Il macellaio dei Lamacurva for him.

Quest chain starts in Wor'gol at Drek'thar il Chiaroveggente:

L'onore ha i suoi vantaggi - go to the Shamanstone in Wor'gol
return to your Garrison and get L'Antro dei Lupi from Drek'thar il Chiaroveggente (near the flight master). Click the Rylak dei Lupi Bianchi
Radunare i Lupi Bianchi - talk to Draka
Torre di Maglio Insanguinato - fly to the marked quest area (/way 21.35 43.78 Gormaul Tower), follow Durotan and kill the enemies
Una questione di onore - kill 8 ogres and use your quest item Stendardi dei Lupi Bianchi on them
Enter the the building and turn in the quest (left side)
Doveri mai compiuti - collect 5x Barile di Olio dei Lupi Bianchi (small barrels inside the rooms) and bring them to Gol'kosh la Scure on the right side
Leave the Building and turn in the quest
Vampate di fuoco - follow the ramp upstairs and meet Thrall
Il macellaio dei Lamacurva - kill Dorogg il Crudele - this should be the quest/kill you want

Al massacro - kill 10 ogres in the Bladespire Citadel
Armati e pericolosi - click 10 Orco dei Lupi Bianchi Schiavo
Ultimi passi - click the ladder behind Durotan (Video) and kill Gorr'thog

Fucile Scoppiato to gain the Bottega d'Ingegneria, Livello 1 did not drop for me, maybe because I had the Garrison rank 3 and thus I already knew the bluepost due to the Garrison upgrade.
I didn't have the Engineer hut, so I went to the Engineer building in Lancia da Guerra (/way 69.26 41.0 Entrance to Nik Accianelli) and could buy Ingegneria di Draenor (80g). This tought me the wanted recepies.

Just had this item dropped for me after getting to Shadowmoon Valley on the quest from Khadgar's servant in my garrison. It dropped from my very first kill in Shadowmoon (though not my first kill at all) which means it's either RNG or you need to have begun your garrison campaign
Am a level 120 character that has barely done any quests in Draenor, garrison at level 3.

Just learned engineering and already did the quest that led to Dorogg so I went to kill some ogres. Took me about 30 kills around the Circle of Blood /way 27 25. in Frostfire Ridge.

The Ogres on the bridge leading up to Bladespire Citadel drop these prof quest items. I've gotten them here for various professions. Doesn't seem to matter if you've trained the WOD prof or not or if you've done any questing in FFR or not. Takes maybe 20-25 kills of any of the Bladespire ogres in this area: /way 22 40 Bladespire Ogres
