Tripped over this item while questing just east of Auchindoun. My mouse zipped over it and it lit up like a Christmas tree. Not sure if the treasure varies, but this one happened to hold 100 Risorse per la Guarnigione, and since I am whopping 500 garrison resources away from one of my L. 2 buildings, I welcomed this well timed treasure with open arms.

Since I like to mention landmarks to assist in your effort to find these things, it was a weapon rack located just to the left of 3 Golem del Sangue and just to the right of a blood elf hammering an anvil Kaeyendis Brillacciaio in Exarch's Refuge.

Not that I don't like garrison resources, but... I was kinda hoping this would turn out to be an actual weapon when I looted it. Oh well. :(
