Found one at The Broken Spire (60.36) just north of Talon Watch (Flight Master).

The correct co-or for Hanuk in Spires of Arak is: 54.5 40.5. Hope this help!

I found Hanuk at 53.11 - 29.89 near the Crow's Crook flightpath.
