These will heal your TARGET if you are targeting something (to include mobs you are trying to kill...)

A good macro to use in this area while fighting mobs is:

/tar YOURTOONNAME
/use Restorative Goldcap
/targetlasttarget

A simpler macro (which would work for all chars on your account) would be:

#showtooltip
/use Restorative Goldcap

(the "#showtooltip line causes it to show the item's icon as the macro icon if you choose the ? icon at the top of the list of choices)

If you use power auras, I threw together a quick aura that includes the current # of stacks and a count-down timer on the buff because that's really useful in situations where you want to keep 5 stacks rolling the whole time, since it only lasts 15 seconds. Here's the export string (bring up the power auras menu with /powa, click on the "Import" button and copy/paste the string; once it's added, you can modify the aura to suit your preferences):
