As far as I can tell, these have very little value after you reach level 100. They can be handed in 20 at a time for ~7g. There's no associated rep.

When you've chosen the Siege Engine (Alliance or Horde) as your Nagrand zone ability then this quest is really easy as you can easily kill all the Windroc's, Clefthoofs and Talbuks all over Nagrand. You can easily collect like 80-100 of these before your Siege Engine gets broke. Meaning you can turn in 4 or 5 times each 15 minutes (including cooldown of Siege Engine).

By my calculations, since this quest is available at level 98 and up, You would need approximately 4,480 Bones to reach 100.

From 98-100 the experience required is 838,500 + 846,300 = 1,684,800 experience
One quest awards 7540 experience, and requires 20 bones to complete

1,684,800 / 7540 = 223.4482xxxxx

In short, you would have to hand in the quest 224 times to reach 100.

So tedious...

These gives 7g on hand in and nothing else..
I'd rather pay 7g for each Nagrand visit to not have them drop at all ._.
I think they're a waste of inventory space
