Apparently, crime does pay! This is a new way to reward your thieving ways:

Introduced for Warlords of Draenor with patch 6.0.2, this is one of several items that are obtained through pick pocketing. (For example, these may be found in the pockets of some of the invading Iron Horde, like the three NPCs who are the objective of Tenenti folli.)

Use your Fischietto Segreto (which itself is obtained by picking pockets) to summon a 'shadowy figure' like Griftah, who will 'fence your goods' - meaning buy your stolen goods and pay you with Monete di Ferro, which are used for quests like Punteggi elevati.

Goodbye Junkboxes! Don't look so stunned, ya Tramortimento! A Ladro's gotta make a living somehow! And this feels way more fun and illicit!
