Still wonder if a moonkin druid better use this trinket above the Totem Tossico di Kardris what drops from Shamans. Because when strike from procs from your dots, it is a loose.

I have been wondering. With an item like this.. If the spell you fire has a missile travel time, will the damage be calculated from the moment you fired it or the moment it hits? The optimal way to do it would be to time bursts as late in the proc as possible, so knowing this would be nice.
