This model is actually an updated version of The Burning Crusade's Ravager, but in mount version! And yes, hunters can tame them as a Ravager pet! Hunters rejoice!

Edit: I don't get all the downvotes; this is going to be the 'old' ravager before being corrupted by the explosion of Draenor or the twisting nether, similar to the new Hydra model or the new Elekk model. It does not matter if its skin is a reskin of a current mount or creature, it's STILL a ravager, just before corruption.

Seriously, Blizzard? You could have made these things a faction mound for the Laughing Skull, but instead you choose to make the only faction mount for them a stupid f#$%ing wolf and put this on the store (in only one color, mind you). For the love of god, please hand this game over to a more competent developer.

I'm not here to complain about the fact that it's a store mount but I think it's rather silly that this isn't the exalted rep mount for the Laughing Skull Orcs. They use it on their Gorgrond flight path, it's got their mask, the store description... It's a perfect match. Instead of, you know, yet another wolf.

This mount was added to the Blizzard shop on December 3rd for $25/20 Euros.

Players can also acquire the Grinning Reaver via a $30/26 Euro bundle with Argi. $10 goes towards the Red Cross.

Pretty cool looking mount, the /mountspecial is fun....but, to me, its just another mount.
I think it would have been useful, since we cant fly with it in Draenor, to make it so we can walk on water.

I instantly bought this mount and I am usually not a big fan of that. I like farming rare and awesome looking mounts but I had to get this one. The animation is great and the abdomen even lights up a but when you /mountspecial.

I think the people should stop buying mounts from Blizzard store and Blizzard will understand we think we already are paying more then any other players on earth and we deserve to have the opportunity to win or farm or whatever this mount in-game.The mounts shouldn't be some privilege for the people which pay more,don`t turn the game into gold dig-site,it is ugly!

Perhaps the most appealing reason to get this mount, besides the fact it's a freakin' RAVAGER, is that it's incredibly silent. On the ground it hardly makes any noise, and the beating of it's wings is bearably noticeable. The only thing you'll notice is that it'll... yell? Roar? Purr? I honestly don't know what Ravagers do. But it makes for a comfortably quiet ride.
