Ok, so is it just me or do we have a chicken and egg situation here. You can't learn the recipe until you eat the food. But you cant make the food until you learn the recipe....... So how would anyone be able to be the first to make this and sell it? It does not seem to be vendor sold either..... Has anyone found a way to get their hands on this?

I got this recipe in my bag when I made 185 Fiery Calamari. Just as in Mists of Pandaria, you have a chance of learning new recipes (called "Ideas") by making lots of iterations of the same dish that you already know.
