You also have to get Great Goretusk Snouts to earn this recipe, but it only takes Crisp Spider Meat and Tough Condor Meat. Pah!

This is one of the few buff foods with a lower than average level requirement.
Foods like this are normally for level 15.
Although Crisp Spider Meat is insanely abundant, Tough Condor Meat is, well, tough to get.
Yes, it goes green faster than other Cooking 100 recipes, but I'm sure that's due to the rare meat used, as well as the lowered level requirement for eating it.
Unless you're after the rep, I say save the hassle and buy this recipe off Mr. Kabonka in Stormwind.

They have removed the other white meat, and now this recipe only requires Tough Condor Meat (no more Crisp Spider which is now gray, yay!).

Good food for twink bracket 10-19.
+6 to stamina (and +6 to spirit, but who cares) for 15 min. Just do not die! ;)
Check your auction for cheap reagents or go farm mobs.
