Stun doesn't break on damage but this thing has few yards of deathzone so it can't be used on to people at melee range of you. It's also instant but you need to stop to use it.

Can backfire dealing damage to you and party members around you. Didn't stun. 6 uses so far, 1 backfire.

The trinket has 6 charges but can be recharged. The recharging is far cheaper than creating the trinket and requires Goblin Engineering.

I'm gnomish engy... If you get a gob engy to craft the mortar can you then get the schematix to reloaded so you can skill to 375?

Either something went wrong with my training or they removed "reloaded" altogether. Certainly its not on my list of craftables for my latest engineer.

This item is still fun at 70, it works on any level target. AoE 3 second stun and decent fire damage.

Tried using it in arena and during a backfire it stunned me and my team members around me. Be careful.

Maybe you could give this to Mimiron and wait unitl he figures out how to stop it backfiring. Or just wait until he kills himself with it.

It's worth mentioning, a soulbound Goblin Mortar is reset back to its original BoE state when reloaded. Once it's outlived its usefulness, reload it and gift it to a fellow engineer, or throw it in the AH. Note that while any engineer of appropriate skill level can use it, only Goblin Engineers have the ability to reload theirs, meaning that other specs will only have 6 uses before the item's trash.

Mortaio dei Goblin is crafted by Engineers who have specialized in Goblin engineering, and have a minimum skill level of 205.

The components are:
- Tubo di Mithril x 2.
- Lingotto di Mithril x 4.
- Polvere Esplosiva Solida x 5.
- Nucleo Energetico d'Oro x 1.
- Fuoco Elementale x 1.

Mortaio dei Goblin can be reloaded with Mortaio: Ricarica. This ability required you to have an existing Mortaio dei Goblin.
Mortaio dei Goblin is the only Engineering trinket that performs an AoE stun which is not removed by combat.
Reloading The Goblin Mortar gives a skill up every 3 or 4 reloads, however as of Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22), the Mortaio: Ricarica no longer gives these skill increases while gray.

Interesting note:
Attempting to reload the mortar while it still contains ammo will result in massive damage to the player, more than likely killing him/her.
