I can see this being VERY useful for progression nights, wipe recovery, and in some instances, soloing.
Specifically, Bloodlord Mandokir, for classes that can't do it currently.
EDIT: Guess I should look into the future and see flags that don't exist yet before I post next time.
Usefulness reduced, but still... It's usable in some places at least. Those awkward fall-deaths, if nothing else.

Items like this make me happy I recently quit wow. As a PvP player this just takes the cake on wpvp. For example: In a fight with a warrior with 2nd wind talent, If you survive you will most likely have low hp, he uses this item and your screwed.

You can choose to release and not use the free rez and you will keep the buff. The buff is good for one hour. Any death that takes place within that hour can be instantly recovered from, the choice is yours.

Cannot be used in raid.
If you use it outside and then enter the raid, buff gets removed.

This does NOT work like a shaman ankh. You cannot use it after you are already dead.

You have to buff yourself with it prior to death. The buff you get lasts one hour. If you die with the buff on you can choose to rez on the spot or release. If you choose to release your buff will remain until it is used or the one hour runs out.

For you warlocks, this item does NOT activate your soulstone cd. So actually useful for us. :)

Just got this off a Molten Guardian, was very disappointed when I saw it has 20 charges.
Time it well I guess... For such a low drop rate to come with charges, it makes me sad - but on the contrary without charges it would be somewhat OP.

Doesn't work if you're a holy priest. I've had the buff twice now after using it, and I get no option to rez when my spirit form goes away.

Blizzard, please explain why this has not mode the "toy" list yet?

Given a bunch of random stuff has already been added to the toy list, I don't see why so much other crap has to sit in my bank taking up space, instead of being a toy that any alt can get some use out of. Such items currently cluttering up my bank that should really be given toy status include:

Corrupted Primal Obelisk it's Draenor only anyway.
Carved Drinking Horn We have plenty of health toys, why not mana?
Obsidian Frostwolf Petroglyth Minor Rested XP Buff*
Flight Master's Whistle usable for known flight points
Oralius' Whispering Crystal tired of getting this on every alt.
Repurposed Fel Focuser same, BFA upgrade of above**.
Brawler's Bottomless Draenic Strength Potion. currently serves no purpose, but the free slot would be nice for when the Areana returns
Anti-Doom Broom what was this even for? lol
Blazing Sigil of Ordos currently a stack item, easily changable to a toy
Thunderlord Grapple Limited zone use but it's not a quest specific item.
Automated Critter Defense Cannon Seriously why do they not make this stuff as toys to begin with? Has 10 charges currently
Edwin Van Cleef Costume has a bunch of charges, has been given every Anniversary anyways.

*Found out checking it on Wowhead, I never got to use it. Dunno if it is a consumable, or reusable, but given it's only rested xp, it could work as a toy, I believeit only provides one bar anyway.
**For the price at the time (rep and a ton of currency), this should have been account wide anyway. I still use this in SL lol

Qualcuno mi porti un carrello, this was the hardest achievement in Mists of Pandaria.
I got this on the last day of the expansion: 14 December in 2011.
For this achievement I've spend a total of 4 mounths playing 4 hours a day.
This achievement is hardest cause do you need loot rare items from rare mobs.
Even the rares having 30 to 60 minutes spawn the problem here is cause those rares has low hp and die fast, making you lose then.

Another factor that make this achievement hard, is because the items needed has low drop chance.
For example the Redini della Serpe delle Nubi Tonante d'Onice, this mount has 0.9% drop chance, and was my last item for conclud the achievement.
I've spend a total of 400 trys to loot this mount.

My strategy for don't lose my mind while doing this insane grind was watching one piece while the Huolon doesnt spawn.
The addon called Rare Coordinator was great to track the rare spawn times, but I guess it's doesnt work on Dragonflight, cause you need other players to tracking with you.

Don't forget to use move speed items and teleport to reach rares faster.
