Well worth it not just because it looks fantastic - animation, textures and lighting effects (!) are all first-rate - but also, more importantly, it gets rid of the default elemental's annoying loud bubbling sound and replaces it with a quiet, gentle water sound.

I have done the Loremaster for Pandaria and this glyph never dropped. Can anyone tell me where it dropped for them.

This Mage glyph, was altered in Legion. This is applied directly to your spell, in your spellbook.
Removing a glyph: use Vanishing Powder on the specific spell, this will remove the effect, however, if you want the glyph again, you'll need to rebuy it.
