These can be found in the Tu Shen Burial Ground area in the south-central region of Vale of Eternal Blossoms, and look like bright orange mushrooms that can be looted directly from the ground.

It might be worth noting that these items have a limited duration of 2 hours, and therefore can not be sold or mailed or stored in the guild bank. They can however be traded so if you want to help your guild chef, or decide like me to farm the items on an alt that's the option you seem to have of getting them transferred between characters.
