After eating these you gain a buff that says "Stamina increase by 450. Taken on a very stone-like appearance."

If you have the buff, whenever you take damage you gain the appearance of having used stoneform. You turn grey and grow slightly for about 10 seconds, refreshing every time you take damage. You also don't gain a buff or debuff for getting this effect, so you can not click it off.

Dropped from killing mobs in the vale with a higher drop rate from the new rare spawns. As of 5.4 the previous Golden Lotus mini bosses for the quests are now rare spawns. These items do not vanish and are not soulbound so they can be sold, transferred and stored for later.

MoP was the last expansion to have foods that give primary stats, and while Stamina isn't a primary stat, this food is relatively overpowered compared to the food in the xpacs that come after.

Even in Shadowlands, for instance starting out at level 50. At level 50 the best food you can get is +14 Stamina Frappè di Carne in Salamoia. I'd rather have the Stuffed Lushrooms and have +15 Stamina... for the previous 15 levels!
