I found a belt and some boots that match this set quite nicely.
They are the boots and belt from the Tempered Saronite set.
I use this set for my ret pally and he looks really good in it with the Blood Knight tabard.

picked up the DPs variant.. I don't think it matters.. there is a BC JP cape that's red that works pretty well, using Red sword of courage and shield of four grey towers ^.^ screenshot submitted.

The boots aren't quite of the same tone, but they are easily obtainable.
Also the alternative belt matching boots better than the rest of the set.

I've found the belt that matches this set perfectly and is a direct red/silver recolour of the Girdle of Valorous Deeds.

The belt is Coldrock Girdle and is bind on equip; usually found in the first WotLK dungeons.

Edit: Also to note, the following boots work extremely well: Veteran's Plate Greaves

To get this set i'd suggest going to:

Thrallmar/honor hold: Shoulders and Gloves
Lower City: Legs and Chest
Keepers of Time: Head.

That way you can keep getting two a faction (untill the last) without overlaps

Just get thoose three to honored and you can have the full set pretty quickly, the only one that is annoying is that KoT takes a while to grind rep with due to the kind of dungeons they have ( a lot of waiting )

Feet: As mentioned below by Vazon, the Schinieri a Piastre del Veterano work well. In fact, I'd say they're about a 98% fit, and since buying them requires no grinding, no tokens, and no reputation, I wouldn't miss that remaining 2% even if I noticed the difference, which I don't. The item is purchased from Karyi at the Sun's Reach Armory, Quel'Danas, top floor.

Waist: Also at the Armory, ground level, is one Smith Huathaa, who sells a perfectly delightful - and quite red - Cinturone della Rabbia Ribollente. Again, the match isn't perfect, but this also has no requirements. Just bring your gold.

A more conservative match is the Cintura a Piastre del Veterano (also sold by Karyi with no requirements). In fact, it's probably a closer overall fit with the Veteran's shoulders.

Note that the shoulders you transmog have a huge say in the belt to use.

Shoulders: The RNG was kind enough in an otherwise disappointing run in Hyjal Summit to give me the Paraspalle Macchiati di Sangue. These are shoulders I use when I want to look something you'd see dramatically stepping out of a foggy nightmare into the real world to wreak havoc in a Boorman or Carpenter movie. They are gloriously baroque.

So, I recommend these combinations:

Paraspalle Macchiati di Sangue with Cinturone della Rabbia Ribollente, or
Guardaspalle Adornati del Crociato with Cintura a Piastre del Veterano.

I'd be damned!…
It looks even better in game. Just watch the tone of the belt. There's some similar ones, but they differ slightly in tone.
This is not a perfect color match, but it is very fitting.

Finally! In patch 7.2.0, a pair of boots were added to the game that match this set better than anything I've seen in the comments, because they are using literally the same shade of red, and are using a shade of gray that is just a tiny little bit darker, but so little that it's not noticeable until you look up close, like in first person/in wardrobe. The boots are Schinieri della Vittoria del Gladiatore Mortale, and are available to warriors, death knights, and paladins from Herwin Sbuffafumi for 2xContrassegno d'Onore.

Edit: also in Legion, in patch 7.0.3, Stivali da Guerra Intagliati di Ossa di Drago were added. Don't let the "view in 3D" button fool you, the Heroic version of these boots matches this set quite well, although not perfectly. You can get them from Shivermaw in Legion Violet Hold on Heroic difficulty.
