Shoulders token can be purchased for 417 JPs from Arcanist Adurin <Legacy Justice Quartermaster> in Dalaran. Legs token can be purchased from Adurin for 660 JPs.

This page is for the red color set, and the locations given by namelessd are correct, but the red set drops from 25 man Naxxramas/Obsidian. The blue color set comes from 10 man. Please make sure you consider this when farming these raids for the red set.

Insegna dei Fuochi Estivi and Scalpo del Principe dei Ladri goes really well with this set's model and colour scheme.

This set uses the Blue variant of the "Shaman C2 Raid" artwork and forms a complete eight-piece set of the art. The pieces can all be gained from 25-person Naxxaramas, Vault of Archavon and Obsidian Sanctum, either as tier tokens or direct loot

There are actually three other colours of this set in the artwork database, but sadly only one is currently available. See:

Blue: Earthshatter Battlegear
The remaining colours are Green (bottle green with yellow-orange lights / details) and Purple (dark purple with yellow lights / details). As far as I can tell, neither has any pieces available in the game, which is a shame for such a beautiful set

In addition, the original The Earthshatterer has several design similarities to this one, especially in the helm and shoulders.

As I was assembling the set today, I found an incredible belt for xmog: Cinturone del Conquistatore Incredulo

Not only does it perfectly match the colors, but it also displays the Shaman icon! Can't beat that.

The best cloak for this set imo is mantle of fury http://www.wowhead.com/item=71269. I have it on my enhance shammy with Artiglio del Draco Nero. Looks awesome

If you're looking for a staff option to go with this tier set I like the Naxxramas piece Staff of the Plague Beast that drops off of Heigan the Unclean or Gluth, both in 10 Man/Normal mode only.
