This set uses the Blue variant of the "Shaman Raid F" artwork. It forms seven pieces of an eight-piece set of the art.

Sadly there are no available boots in the same artwork and colour. Fortunately they're mostly hidden but for the toes, so they're not all that important.

There's a kilt version of this artwork for the leggings: Kilt della Foresta Congelata. If you're using the rest of this set then it'd be hidden anyway, but just noting it in case you want to mix and match.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database. Two are available as mostly-complete sets, and the third as only a few pieces. See:

Blue and gold (officially "Gold"): Skyshatter Raiment (Recolor) (missing bracers, gloves, belt and boots)
Red: Vengeful Gladiator's Earthshaker
Black: no transmog page. Only the bracers, belt and boots (two different models) of this colour are available in the game. See this link for appearance and list of pieces

Ironically, this page lists alternative pieces for the boots, bracers, and belt for this set, but completely forgot to list the actual Skyshatter pieces. Granted, since the tokens come from Cittadella del Pozzo Solare, they're a LOT harder to come by, but here they are for the sake of posterity and in case anyone cared:

I'm currently playing enhancement with this set, I use No'Kaled, the Elements of Death and Morningstar of Heroic Will transmogrified to Havoc's Call, Blade of Lordaeron Kings and Black Icicle respectively. Nice match for the set imo, :)

For those that don't care for your male characters wearing "dresses" or "skirts", I found what I believe to be the perfect chest piece to go with this set (as much as it matches the set it originally goes with). Usbergo del Ciclone belongs to Cyclone Regalia, but when paired up with this set of armor, it is almost a dead-ringer look alike, as it has the same blues and brownish-gray accents.

I found that Mantello di Rete di Platino goes really well with this set.

Scudo Bastione della Luce also looks alright with this set...the shields off Syndragosa and Malygos are harder to get IMO and this one looks pretty good. Hyjal is pretty easy to solo as enhancement after Rage Winterchill (who is a *!@#$).

For shield, i would go with Barriera del Gladiatore Infuriato if your having a hard time obtaining one of the rare ICC ones, for main-hand i would go with Spada Magica Cuorfiamma if you are using a dagger, and for mace Spira di Cristallo di Karabor

For those Enhancement Shaman out there that want matching fist weapons to match, Stormreaver Warblades look wonderful with this set.

If you want a good belt that's much easier to get, I think Cintura del Tiratore Ardente goes absolutely perfectly with this set. It looks nearly invisible, aside from a very slight difference in colour. A few things to say aobut this set.
First of all if you want a tunic and not a robed version Imbracatura da Battaglia Migliore di Brogg is a perfect fit.
There are two boot models that match, for the folded over leather-type Stivali di Acquaferma are good, and for a bigger plate-type boots Stivali della Furia Oceanica match.
Insegna dei Venerabili Celestiali is a good tabard match that anyone can use while Insegna da Battaglia dei Lupi Bianchi is good for hordies using the set.
Fusciacca della Disperazione looks really good for a hordie using the frostwolf tabard, but can look slightly too bright if using the celestial tabard.
And finally I find Mantello Invernale della Sentinella and Mantello del Cielo Notturno di Volde to be great cloaks.
For weapons and shields I think Spezzacarapace and Custode dello Spirito Antico to look quite nice. Barriera del Gladiatore Infuriato is a great fit too and much easier to get.
Hopefully someone likes this set as much as I do!

I think dualwielding these two swords for enhancement shamans looks pretty cool. Should you be one of the ones wielding one-handers instead of fist weapons.

Another club that i feel goes really well with this set is Mazza Ghiacciata di Jol'grum, as well as the similarly modeled Carapace Breaker and Pool-Stirrer

If you're looking for a matching dagger: I've found that The Maelstrom's Fury matches the set very well.

I think this dagger Pugnale di Cristalli di Giada and shield Gelo Eterno are perfect match for Skyshatter Harness set. Another great thing is glowing effect of the dagger will replace all enchanting effects on the weapon including shaman weapon imbues.

For you dwarves, orcs, and goblins who have to worry about shoes, Defender Boots, a low-level BoE, match the dark blue on the set perfectly, since you'll only see the toes, and they're usually pretty cheap on the AH.

There are four shields I, personally, think look awesome with this:

Neverending Winter from the Gunship Battle in Icecrown Citadel (10N)
Bulwark of Smoldering Steel from Lord Marrowgar in Icecrown Citadel (25N)
The Skull of Ruin from Grobbulus in Naxxramas (10N)
Forlorn Barrier from Icehowl in Trial of the Crusader (25N or 25H, Horde-only)

For a belt I use Cintura Foderata dell'Atrocità del Gladiatore Indomito to give my character the appearance of wearing pouches, which looks pretty good imo on my pandaren

I'm using Mantello del Cielo Notturno di Volde/Mantello Invernale della Sentinella, Insegna del Vuoto and Scarpe Troll Autentiche di Griftah (along with the items listed on this page) on my Troll Shaman. Looks great.

For MH/OH I'm using Spira di Cristallo di Karabor and Scudo Crepitante di Zom.

If I have to go staff (only if it's a huge upgrade) then I use Apostolo di Argus or Bastone della Vita dell'Etereum.

In Enhancement spec I use 2x Fatuarovina.
