This set is really cool, and I will update this comment if the situation changes, but for some reason at least some of the appearances in it will not unlock on other characters. I completed the quest with Kimbul that awards these, but it did not add the appearance to anyone other than the character on whom I did the quest - a lvl 50 goblin warrior. The appearance still shows as not attained on my lvl 50 draenei paladin.

I have tried searching to figure out what is going on, but I'm not sure it isn't just a bug. There doesn't seem to be anything in the comment sections on these pieces or alternate pieces with the same appearance on Wowhead, and you really have to put effort into finding the quest that grants the appearance.

Exiled Veteran's Leg Armor is available from the Horde-only quest "Wrath of the Tiger" at the end of a quest chain that starts with the Tortollans at the top of Voldun.

The belt and bracers were available via World Quests in Voldun today for Horde, for instance, but the same WQs are not available to Alliance. If you can't unlock the appearances through quest rewards done by Horde characters (which happens for other appearances that share with world drops), I'm not sure if there is a way to get these other than finding them on the AH. I'll try to add more later to this.

I'm trying to put effort into being helpful with this to anyone else who really enjoys these sets! The other colors have unlocked just fine for Alliance characters, so I'm not sure why this one isn't.
