A nicely matching long cape to go along with this set is the Mantello Ben Oliato.

I also paired it up with Tabard of Summer Flames, the colors go together very well.

If you're not into tabards, a Common Brown Shirt blends very well.

All of these items are in screenshots that I have submitted so you can see without having to buy them first.

I think this outfit on a Troll Male Druid with Razziainferi looks killer.

This set, apart from the head and shoulders, uses the amber (officially "Red") variant of the "Horde B1 Leather" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

Like many older sets, art doesn't exist for a helm or shoulders. While there are "Murkblood" pieces for these, they actually use art from other sources. So pick whatever you feel goes as there were no pieces designed to match.

There are two other colours of this set in the artwork database and both have at least a few pieces in the game. See:
