The headpiece and shoulders are random drops from mid-40s mobs, rares in particular. The robe is from early 50s mobs.

I don't believe the Gossamer Headpiece actually matches this robe (it matches the Runecloth Robe, however). Anyway, if you're looking for a matching belt, Cinturone dell'Inflessibilità and Fascione della Spira d'Alba both match this robe.

This set uses the White variant of the "C3 Robe" artwork and forms three pieces of a four- (of five- if you consider leggings) piece set of the art. The only piece missing is the boots.

Sadly I can't find any boots that use the same artwork set and colour. If they existed they'd resemble Stivali delle Sabbie Mobili (from the black and white variant) in style, but have light grey uppers (like the top half of the robe) instead of black. Fortunately the boots would be mostly hidden anyway.

There actually isn't any art for a headpiece, bracers or gloves in this set. Bracers (and possibly gloves) are often made from the sleeve artwork in this situation, but they haven't been here. So just pick whatever you feel goes as there are no pieces designed to match.

Some colour variants of this set also make a skirt or pants out of the lower half of the robe art, but it hasn't been done for these.

There are actually six other colours of this set in the artwork database, and five of them are available as complete or mostly-complete sets. See:

The final colour is Blue, which would be a blue-and-white robe with gold edging. Only the shoulders and belt are available, however: Paraspalle degli Aracnidi and Cintura della Serenità

There's also a variant on the Purple set, called "Jaina Proudmoore". It's very similar to the regular set, but has a modified chest, has all-purple boots and minor shading changes. It was used on an old model of Jaina that is now gone, but see some old screenshots like this.

Cinta di Sutarn Has the exact coloring in my opinion, if your looking for a belt that fits best and isn't too busy. The belts listed like Cinturone dell'Inflessibilità or Fascione della Spira d'Alba draw the eye to the waist, which is something I never like to do when I want my whole overall look to get noticed.

With wow model viewer is what I think looks good together with this set:
Back - Mantello Gelido
Feet - Calzari del Cortigiano (couldn't find any boots that have gold and white only in them)
Hands - Guanti dell'Abilità del Gladiatore Indomito or Mitene Pie (they're a light blue not brown like seen in the screen shot)
