This is one of several "compound" quests started by both Bloodmage Lynnore and Bloodmage Drazial.

These are repeatable, but you can only carry one of any of the items. Once used, you have to go farm up another.

The repeatable rewards are Cerebral Cortex Compound, Gizzard Gum (both from Lynnore); Lung Juice DRINK (lol word filter), Ground Skorpok Assay and, everyone's favorite, R.O.I.D.S (all three from Draziel).

This is the version that is repeatable only for the item - the version of the quest that nets XP is The Basilisk's Bite.

The ones on the left are the "original" quests and the one to the right of each, in brackets, is the related repeatable.
The repeatable versions do not give experience, nor count toward the Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms achievement.

It seems that Bloodmage Lynnore gives quest rewards for casters, while Bloodmage Drazial gives rewards for tanks and DPS
