I just went to where I found all the Deserter Agitators and talked to the guards next to them and a roving pair of guards that happened to be walking by.

Very easy quest.

If you acquire this quest but don't turn it in you can forever 'expose' the deserters, striking back at them and their eternally annoying suggestions about bringing back "the good old days" every time you pass through Theramore.

The only thing that could make this funnier is if the Deserters reacted, in a Humorous fasion, of course. ^.^

Wowhead is claiming that "This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed" but this is false. Just completed this on 5/22/16.
