The 10.2 PTR has added holiday updates for Winter Veil, including the special toys for 2023 and a new toy for Pepe.
New Winter Veil Gifts
Greatfather Winter has given us a sneak peek of his presents! There are two new Winter Veil gifts for 2023:

New Pepe Toy
is a new toy that will drop from the Abominable Greench. While we have no complete models yet of this adorable festive bird, the description states that the toy will allow Pepe to ride on a sleigh!
As part of this update, Pepe has received two new holiday icons in 10.2:
Updated Holiday Decorations
Some Winter Veil decorations have been showing their age over the years, so as part of holiday touchups, we have mistletoe, cozy fireplaces, and most notably, ornaments themed after the Lost Vikings and an orc nutcracker!
Dragonriding Armor
While the appearance was initially datamined in 10.1.5, we now have the
Dragonriding Armor customization in the database. Add some festive reindeer flair to your dragon with antlers and a red nose!
