Tyrannical, Afflicted, Bolstering - Mythic+ Affixes Week 7

This week's Mythic+ affixes includes Afflicted again, so make sure to have many hybrid classes in your Mythic+ keys this week.

This week's Mythic+ affixes are

Afflicted
Afflizione
is a brand new affix to Patch 10.1.
Afflizione
periodically spawns
Anima Afflitta
while in combat. Afflicted Souls will begin casting an uninterruptible
Grido Afflitto
, which will reduce all players Haste by 100% for 10 seconds. Afflicted Souls have
Spirito Maledetto
,
Spirito Avvelenato
,
Spirito Malato
and dispelling one of these debuffs (non-Magic dispels), or healing the soul to max health will cause it to stop casting and despawn.
Grido Afflitto
has a range of 60 yards, and can also be avoided by line-of-sight.
Afflizione
is on a timer and can spawn a maximum of 2 at a time. The timer of
Afflizione
is shorter at
30 seconds
, and doesn't need to spawn on every interval. Unlike last week, fewer classes have the ability to counter the affix, as the affix needs to be healed or dispelled. If you have 2 or more classes with a dispel in your group (hybrids + Mage), the affix is really easy. Simply dispel one add each time and the affix is countered. However, if you don't have 2 or more classes with a dispel, you're probably in for a rough time especially if your healer needs to dispel something else or during a high healing mechanic (like last boss Vortex Pinnalce) -- enjoy your 100% Haste reduction. At the very least, 100% Haste reduction isn't nearly as punishing as a 50% damage and healing down from last week.
More classes are simply passengers along for the ride this week, so Hybrids (and mages) will be in huge demand this week, just make sure to take your dispel and this affix will be a non-issue and you'll probably get invited to lots of groups!
Bolstering
Compared to last time, Bolstering is available on
Tirannia
week this time which should make it slightly less punishing to deal with.
