Players are getting mailed missing Echoed Ephemera, needed to eventually unlock the Incandescent Essence Helm Enchant.

is awarded when you finish the

. This was bugged and it seems that Blizzard may be mailing all players enough

to get to the current cap of 20 (or 10 depending on the number of clears). Each week the cap is increased by 10, leaving 3 more weeks until you unlock the helm enchant!
