Funny looking helmet. When you equip it, your current tracking type fades and the Gahz'ridians are tracked (the minimap button shows that you aren't tracking anything).

Gahz'ridian tracking seems to stack with Sense Herbs, so I assume it will do the same with mining, etc. too.

Don't destroy it, you need to to deliver it back it complete the quest. You can only get it back when you abandon the quest, destroying all those tokens you collected.

The only remark I can come with is resource #7; in theory, both Rilevazione Gemme Elfiche (Tesoro affondato) and Comprensione del Corvesco (Sussurri del Dio dei Corvi) would overlap and letting you use (for example) the goggles to read the prophecies from the shrines even if they are not a part of that quest, and vice versa.
