This is 1 of 9 rare BoE's that drop only in Gnomer. All mobs (or almost all) have a chance to drop at least 1 of these ... some are dopped by a small group of mobs types.

It may be just me, but depending on the proc rate, I could see this as an interesting OH for Rogues in patch 3.2 for the 20-29 range.

Anyone know if you wield two of these, do they stack? With the speed they would proc often, and they're good for dungeon finder,

And does the proc stack with Sunder armor?

The Vibroblade is also a powerdrill-like weapon in the turnbased strategy game X-Com: Terror From The Deep from 1995, which I played to death back then.

Quite an interesting weapon for a warrior in the 20-24 bracket. Then again, 100 armor is honestly nearly nothing even for the free to play players

Altrough versus casters it would be roughly 20% damage increase if it procs. Sadly, Beazel's Basher is better in most cases

With the new scaling system in the recent versions of wow, i have found that the chance on hit effect has been limited to level 49 or below, yet the axe can still scale above that.
