Spawn near springtail holes.

Currently this little crystal has a very long respawn rate, but be patient, it will spawn eventually, fly between all three holes or just camp at one of them.
They spawn mostly outside the holes, but they CAN spawn inside as well apparently, not as common tho, best is to find it outside the holes.

It actually CAN spawn inside, I looted it just behind the Springtail Warren-Mother!

It is possible for this item to spawn in an unlootable place, similar to mining nodes inside the ground. If the Uncut Chrysoberyl has spawned in an unlootable place, consider having a friend on another server invite you to their group. This will allow you to search for it on their server, where it most likely has spawned in a different (accessible) spot.

I found mine in the virmen whole furthest to the left (when looking at the mountain face). It was all the way to the back. When looking around I thought the crystal reminded me of a shiney dark blue berry or blackberry when looking from far away ^^

Also! Keep an eye out... next to it i found a soft mound with a marsh lily in it! Be sure to pick it up to give to someone and gain more rep!

I found that they might not completely appear.

I found mine after hovering around the dirt(ish) area around the holes. It wasn't visible but it was there.

Amazing how blizzard keep doing stupid things on the game, why this crap item has so long respawn ? this with crz and lots of people doing the same quest and u got a lot of hate on this quest because u waste a lot of time that workers already dont have...

When this item sometimes spawns in the ground you can still possibly get it if you're lucky. If you see some sparkles coming out of the ground need the hole or inside try moving your cursor around and at different angles and sometimes you will get the gear icon and be able to loot it.

Managed to find a cluster of "loot me!" sparkles barely making their way through the floor of the western-most burrow, not far in... goddamn it, that's probably what I'm looking for, and it's in the floor.

This crystal is also very small. I found mine on the dirt around a vermin hole.
