The proc rate seems rather high, so this can be a nice buff for any melee class in storm peaks.

It's insane. Tested it as Enh shaman with Berserking, Mongoose, Stonebreaker's Totem, Double FT weapon, SoE+FT totem up had around 2.3k spell power and it scales 100% and is capable of crit. High proc rate and seems no CD at all.

I have a quick question on what exactly "within Storm Peaks" means, does that mean it includes HoS/HoL? I'm guessing it doesn't but that would certainly make healing in those instances a bit easier :)

Has about a 5 second internal cooldown - but a 100% proc rate once it's off the cooldown - so it was basically 700hp/5 for me, so I'm not complaining!

Tested and works in HC Halls of Lightning.

Helps a bit with the Loken fight.

So, essentially, a Paladin could have Seal of Light, Judgment of Light and this up at the same time for massive HP increase on hit?

After checking recount when soloing, this is about twice as effective as judgement of light for retridins. Probably scales with your crit chance.

This will be nice in the upcoming ulduar raid with bear tanks with imp leader of pack. and nurturing instinct, you regularly get 2k heals from it if you have a decent amount of AGI - works out to 2000hp/5 which is very nice

I picked this thing up from the reward, and reading its effect I wasn't expecting much.
- Decided to waste this thing while obtaining my Scrap-E only to be surprised with outstanding heals.
I thought maybe I just had a great crit on my divine storm at first, but I realized it was doing it way too often and the heals were way too high.

The only explanation I could think of was that this item was effected by spellpower.
Sure enough, roughly 850 bonus to healing I was getting 1k heals from this sucker.

I can only imagine how fun this would be on a PvP server!

I got this as a quest reward in The Storm Peaks
After reading some posts from other players regarding usage in HoL/HoS I ask the question:
Would these brews be useful within The Ulduar Raid? As a tank, I'd gladly buy these in bulk knowing a proc could nicely help with healling

Get this drink, buy a lvl 1 weapon of your choise what you want to train.
Drink the juice, equip the weapon, pull a mob with 10k hp, leave autoattack on and go to shop. Return back, profit.

Had this on my priest with about 2k spellpower, decent 1k heals all the time and 2.5k crits while i hit for.. 100-300+Miss/dodge :)
