Darkmoon Card: Madness

The Lunacy deck can be turned into to get the Darkmoon Card: Madness. The card gives 51 stamina and has an equip that whenever you land a killing blow on a target, you get a class-specific buff. The buffs are:

* Delusional: +70 attack power (Rogue, Hunter, Paladin, Warrior, Druid)
* Dimentia: "Down the rabbit hole..." Every 5 seconds either gives you +5% or -5% damage/healing. (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Mage, Paladin)
* Kleptomania: +35 agility (Warrior, Rogue, Paladin, Hunter, Druid)
* Manic: +35 haste (spell, melee and ranged) (All classes)
* Martyr Complex: +35 stamina (All classes)
* Meglomania: +41 damage/healing (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Mage, Paladin)
* Narcissism: +35 intellect (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Mage, Paladin, Hunter)
* Paranoia: +35 spell/melee/ranged crit strike rating (All classes)
* Sociopath: +35 strength (Paladin, Rogue, Druid, Warrior)

Each of the buffs lasts for 30 seconds.

I have this and all i can say is that if you are farming with this it's good. Gose of every time like clockwork and gives all the stats different every time but they stack :> .

I have heard that the buffs are not class-specific, but actually depend on whether you use spells or physical attacks as the killing blow. This allows hybrid classes like druids to avoid getting buffs that would be useless to their talent spec.

It is generally cheaper to buy the individual cards rather than Decks.

The Cards go for 50-200g and the Ace is (on my server at least) 150-200g.

Rendered obsolete by the 2.4 patch for tanks. The commendation of kael'thas is fair superior and doesn't cost 1500g.

Would be most beneficial for Paladins and Druids because they can benefit from all 9 of the random power of madness effects. Not saying it won't be useful to other classes but you will only get the effects/buffs that you can use.

I absolutely love this trinket. The only problem is, I've never had Paranoia or Manic pop when I kill something! I've gotten the martyr complex, narcissism, delusional, and kleptomania. I'm a 70 hunter and I'm wondering if anyone is having the same problem!

The Duration of the Power of Madness has been increased from 30 seconds to 60.

is this viable for raiding?, as it says "whenever you land a killing blow" honestly in a raid many people get killing blows is not something you can control... so i wanna know if this really help a raid rogue. (at least in 10 people raids)

How about being level 80 and using this trinket, will it proc on PvE?

Still a good trinket for lvling those first five lvl's past 70. After that your are likely to get better drops, but still a great trinket
