If you Empower a holder of Fyr'alath and leave the party, the buff will disappear and the Restored Dreamleaf is wasted.

The most effective way to use this item is:
1. To give your buff to people you actually know, as many as you can get.
2. Then you all go do the superbloom event and hope that you fill the bar so they get to 100% knowledge in 1 go.
3. Then they go and make their item to buff you.
4. Get as many buffs as you can (they do stack)
5. open the 3 bags from your superbloom with the buff

Otherwise you have to stay in party with the people you buff for hours effectively forcing them to stay in group to keep the buff.

this is a joke .. compared to 2 others. first youre way behind if you had done the weekly dream wardens quests already. those bags have alot of these. also i would suggest that you serverhop for superbloom boss to get some extra. the whole mechanic with use a friend is bull#$%^: he needs to do 2 superblooms to give you once a buff for 1 superbloom where u get like 5-10 extra depending on luck. this friend is also then saved forever and cant do this again. ... took me 8hrs for this step.

the tethercoil took less than 3 hrs depending on how lucky / how many layers you hop.
and the fleck of ash 50minutes (10x5min cd waiting)

You can get the quest and use the item on opposite faction (guild-) members, but it will have no effect.
We tried using it on a horde player, as an alliance player, but there was never a buff.
Only after trying it with the same faction we got it to work.

Just wanted to make a post to clear up some things, I just completed this quest and the buff visually only stays active when the person who gave you the buff remains in the party, as soon as you leave group or logout the buff disappears. However the buff is still active, after completing the quest 4 times to get a 200% increase, the superbloom bags were dropping 20-30 per bag and the buff was not showing. Appears to be a bug visually with the buff showing active, but it is there just hidden. No harm in doing the quest as much as you can to get the hidden buffs.

After completing every quest and finally receiving the axe, I still have the buff this item awards and cannot remove it. Quite annoying.

Helping a guidie with it, he had 1 stack, I finished quest for him and got him up to 2 stacks.
Next superbloom, did it on an alt, got another dreamleaf, but he remained at 2 stacks.

I can confirm that the buff remains regardless of whether it shows on your UI.

Did the quest chain the other night and just leaving some info here. If you are horde and the friends in your group are alliance and they give you the 50% buff, it does not work! However I found out if you make your own party using the custom tab in LFG, you can use this item on yourself and then gain at least one of the +50% buffs after completing the 100% bar the quest.

Not sure what is going on with this one, but at time of writing I am facing some weird behavior with this. I had 2 guildies help me with this, they both used their item on me, and I got a buff showing 100% increased drop rates.

I then got 2 other guildies to help on another superbloom and use their items on it, and the buff was gone first of all, and after they used their items it showed 50/100, as if I had no previous buff.

Not sure the extent of the visual bug, if I am at 200% or 100% or what. Is there any way to check?

just something to note..
if you happend to have that buff from "Magical Intrusion Dampener" so in other words that item that gives you a buff to NOT get annoyed by toys ETC ,
the Dremleaf will NOT work ! you will NOT be able to get the buff...

i found out the "hard way" after a pug was trying to use that on me for a good 15 mins :D

I got restored dreamleaf on all my alts and buffed a friend with 5 stacks. You don't have to stay in party for the buff to remain, and at 250% he got about 85 leaf per superbloom. He did not log out between superblooms.

I just got the legy for the second time on my dk and again couldnt use the Restored Dreamleaf on myself, it just tried to cast it for a millisecond and stopped.
I then reloged and had a tantrum until i saw that i had the neural silencer buff Silenziatore Neurale V3 active, which i also had active on my Paladin.
Deactivting it promptly let it work Correctly.
