When you click the levers at the same time as another person it might not work. Make sure the levers are no longer clickable before you leave.

I learned the toy, it disappeared from my bag, but didn't show up in my Toy Box until I closed & re-started WoW.

Might just be something weird on my end, but wanted to let others know in case it isn't.

The toy can be permanently equipped like the goggle from early secret. But this is a bit more visible.

Anyone else had this flare up around Zaralek cavern while doing quests? It flared up outside loam near the graveyard and then again in the drakthyr Encampment near Nal Ks'kol I couldn't find anything though

This toy is used as part of the Secrets of Azeroth event. It's obtained in Clue 5.
The clues are part of the Whodunnit? achievement.

The Torch is used in Clue 7 to obtain Idol of Ohn'ahra
The braziers are in Ohn'ahran Plains. Use Torch of Pyrreth. Stand next to the braziers to light them.

First brazier:
/way 31.7, 70.4 1st Entrance
/way 31.1, 70.8 1st Brazier

Second brazier:
/way 32.7, 68.3 2nd Entrance
/way 32.4, 68.0 2nd Brazier

Third brazier:
/way 35.2, 66.3 3rd Entrance
/way 35.2, 65.7 3rd Brazier

Fourth brazier:
/way 40.4, 59.6 4th Entrance

I've always wanted a toy like this. The torch stays permanently until manually removed, temporarily disappearing during combat but remaining when mounted. Unfortunately, it doesn't light up the surroundings unlike other off-hand torches or lanterns that do provide some illumination in dark places, creating a nice effect. I hope this effect will be added later.

If anyone else had trouble finding the torch, it's inside the fire place behind the left wall /way 54.58, 20.39 There is a screenshot of it on the Wowhead guide, you just have to keep scrolling right after all of the lever pictures. The thumbnails make it look like there are only three pictures.

Tithris in the Roasted Ram Inn may have a quest to give you a Preservationist's Dispatch Two.
If you cant seem to get him to talk to you, just check your bags for a Preservationist's Dispatch Two.

If you already have it, you wont get the quest to get another one.

Can not pull any lever, I have thinking cap on and I have the quest, reloaded the UI too nothing

If you miss the week this quest is available from the inn, then you are not able to get the torch and must wait to continue the preservationists quests :(

This toy can be used to spawn Guardia dell'Enigma, which drops the Prima Parte del Potenziamento, required for Saltarazzi di Mimiron. Spawn requires 3 people with the toy to fire 3 blaziers at /way #210 59.4 79.0 Jaguero Braziers.
