To get Emblema del Valore dell'Alba d'Argento, you must first unlock and complete the Ricordo di Scholomance. Do note that if you're on a character who already received an Argent Dawn Commission before they were removed in Cataclysm, you will be unable to see a Cracked one in the Memory, and you must get another by talking to Quartiermastro d'Argento Brillo at Chillwind Camp or Quartiermastro d'Argento Hasana at The Bulwark and selecting the "I need another Argent Dawn Commission" dialogue option.

Once you've gotten a commission, you will then have to farm either Pietra del Flagello dell'Invasore from Scholomance/Stratholme or Pietra del Flagello del Corruttore from Naxxramas bosses. The trade in value is 10 Invader's Scourgestones for one token, or 1 Corrupter's for one token.

These scrolls contain a myraid of Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, Inscription, and other recipes for quest and dungeon items whose appearances were lost to the Cataclysm, such as Progetto Antico: Protettore del Borgo di Darrow and Progetto Antico: Fendicore.

Just beware, it can give you patterns not suitable for your professions. I'm a tailor and enchanter but gave me a blacksmithing recipe.
