An'Shuul; I don't know what 'An' is in Shath'Yar, but 'Shuul' always translates to 'Death'... And the implications of the trinket -Could- imply that somewhere out there, there's a comet infested with an Old God... And we're doing the damn BATMAN signal over here to get it to land on Azeroth.

Is it possible to get without raiding? Like from Vault using M+?
Only raid items I've seen in vault has been tier set

Anyone experience loosing threat when using this trinket in m+? It's really annoying that you can't cast it while tanking a pack unless you have some sort of AoE taunt that you use before using the trinket.

Some additional notes for this trinket:
1) 45 yd range.
2) Can't move during the ~2s channel or it will cancel.
3) Canceling the cast does not put it on CD.

I dont understand why this is on HEALER's loot table. It is so frustrating when you get THIS instead of proper healing trinket in your weekly vault...

I use this trinket at iLevel 424 to one shot the final boss in The Necrotic Wake on my weekly mount farm.

Okey, i got it today in LFR as a retribution paladin. Base damage of 367.306, 411ilvl and what i could find:
1. Does not scale with gained damage buffs, a.k.a. wings. Does not scale with character's main stat, but from ilvl and versatility.
18% versatility adds a 16.5% damage increase, so i guess there is some kind of diminishing returns mechanic included.
2. Damage to multiple enemies seems to scale to aproximately of 69% (noice) damage buff.
Hitting for 733k damage in 5 targets and 563k in 3 targets, which equals to 30% increase.
3. Can crit. Critical damage does 100% more damage. In multiple target scenario each target hit crits individually.

I hate this cos I just got it on my holy priest. (Yes, loot spec set to holy) Really in need of healing trinkets. It feels so horrible. :(

There are few things as metal as folding space around your target and warping a comet through them. A comet that apparently contains some part of an Old God, at that.

My paladin sworn to An'she probably shouldn't delight in using this tool of An'shuul as much as he does. Let's say he didn't read the label completely...

Deals about 6% of the damage in pvp, so you'll see it hit for 30-40k on another player.

This trinket is too good. It better just be a permanent part of the game now because I refuse to give it up on my shadow priest.
