I'm worried that I may not be able to use it for what I want to use it for.

I plan to get the ensemble to use with a (future) Nelf Paladin. But I know certain Ensembles can only be used on certain armor types. I'm worried that this won't be usable on plate wearers.

So far I can't find any of those details, and we're close to halfway there. :(

This takes a FULL YEAR to get. Like the Reins of the Violet Proto-Drake when you see someone with it, you know they are a dedicated WoW player.

Is this only for night elves, or can all races use it? I saw an Evoker wearing one but I'm not sure how many class/race combos have access to it. Also, I seem to be in the minority that has no strong feelings whatsoever about the fact that it changes color at night? I kinda think it's cool.

I hope this includes both sets (white and green-gold) separate and not just one set that changes color depending on day and night (this version may be the third version of the set).

Now do we also get weapons fitting it? My hunter has nothing fitting it and thus it would looks pretty weird with any of them. I wouldn't mind being able to buy them then in january from the trading post.

Still nothing that really fits it but Enchanting Dreambow might be better than nothing. Only other problem is finding weapons that change colors too, which don't exist at all.

Yeah keep on downvoting me. But it doesn't change the fact, that blizz cares less and less about their players, if at all. And for a set with a literally 12 months waiting time, i expect at least SOME weapons to fit it, not only by color but also by theme. Haven't found anything fitting it with my druid as well.

I don't understand why would a designer knowing full well people would transmog helms and shoulders as the main base for a set make a helm and force a little bit of green color on it in an "extra" collar part so no one can use it for golden/yellow or grey sets because the light green in the collar part would ruin the whole look. N1 job from the devs as usual, same with raid content with mechanics that force people to have a group so when it becomes legacy content you cant solo it because the mechanics wont allow it.

Just picked it up. Pictures do not do this justice. Can't wait to get the static models, but for now, I am pleased with this changing colors like the mount.

The set is bugged on worgen (male) form, sadly.
The hands hover in the air instead of on your hands/arms..

I finished my 12 months and received the set today. In case anyone is wondering, the color-changing version is the one players will receive. The other two sets (Day and Night static version will be send to players retroactively with the launch of 10.2.5 Seeds of Renewal. New players will receive all three once they have completed 12 months of trading post completions.

i don't understand, why does it look green in my collections, green at the transmog npc, but grey purpulish when applied on my character ?
Is it dependant of the time of the day ? Like day > green, night > silver purpulish ?

The two versions are fine but its impossible to get a matching weapon mog for both. Really annoying

how does everyone feel about the helmet? i feel the bits under the eyes make it look worse than the original?
