Seems like the item is bugged? It randomly resets the bonus to 0 even though my health is full. Its a silver quality item, if that haves any effect.

Bear in mind adding this as an optional reagent will increase recipe difficulty. I don't have exact figures on hand atm, but for an example other embellishes might be +30 difficulty or so.

I can't tell whether this is bugged or can't be double stacked, according to the buff I have its only giving me one buff instead of stacking it. Along with when I mouse over my mastery it seems to be reflecting that to be true, I've seen a lot of upper mages double stack these, so I am unsure if the tooltips are incorrect in displaying the amount of mastery its giving, or if you simply can't double stack these and instead have to use a shadowflame patch as your second embellishment.
