By each "sip," it means each drinking animation your character performs, not each use of the item. This can occur even if your character can't use mana. The transformation lasts 2 minutes and seems to be a bit rare to trigger. I wasn't transformed within every 30-second drink time of each item use. So far, I have been transformed into: a fox, a bee, a brown rabbit, a pink rabbit, a cat, and a marmot.

For anyone wondering this is definitely not worth it for the mana regen compared to normal food/drink (aka Delicious Dragon Spittle) - but might be useful if you don't have a mage and have healers in raid who think they need water (I never have but I've seen people ask for it still).

But for those of you who want numbers here is how the mana restoration per second scales while you drink it for the r3 version:

• 1-3s: 1% mana (3% total)
• 4s: 2% mana
• 5-6s: 3% mana (6% total)
• 7s: 4% mana
• 8-20s: 5% mana (65% total)
= Total of 80% mana restored over 20s.
