Anyone know if the "next heal" mentioned in the tooltip procs off of HoT ticks, or does it mean next "casted" heal?

This seems to proc (and reset its 5 second charging period) off of all helpful spells including buffs and dispels. It even procs off Consacrazione with Percorso Dorato talented, targeting yourself with the heal (and subsequently, any casts of Lama della Giustizia with Lama Consacrata, not just those that generate a Consecration, also targeting yourself with the heal). Potentially bugged in this regard since the tooltip doesn't imply this, but there may be other interesting interactions with other classes worth discovering.

For Mistweaver Monk when casting Soothing Mist or Essence Font, the initial cast will proc the Surging Breeze heal but it will reset after 5 sec even if you're still not done channeling Soothing Mist or Essence Font (unless you cast another heal during Soothing Mist channeling)
