Speculated to be one of the new Trading Post rewards. Three mounts in total including this one have been leaked through data mining, and they are all speculated to be Trading Post rewards. The two other mounts are Quawks and Megenta Cloud Serpent

This has been confirmed to be the Bonus Reward for the May 2023 Trading Post, this is the first time this mount is available in the game.

Got mine today. It is an aquatic mount, so it does not move as fast on land as a normal ground mount, but does move fast in water.

Absolutely dissapointing that it is an aquatic mount and the land speed is not as fast as a normal ground mount. I hope they make this a usable mount in the future.

Usable at level 1. The increased swim speed works too.

can't say i'm disappointed, i'm glad i got the mount. i was just hoping they would do something a bit more comedic with it. like when walking on land, the cannons would flip around and propel you forward, or if you're in a flying zone they point towards the ground to hover and forward for flight. oh well, it's a neat model at least.

It's kind of stupid that the cannons are pointed forward the entire time. They look like they should propel you backward instead. Also...the cannons work underwater? Fine, I can forgive that, maybe they're magical aquatic cannons (I'm being really generous here), but like I said, they're pointed forward.

Mount works at level 1, and unlike the chauffeured heirloom mounts, this one is not faction based, thus Pandarens in the Wandering Isle can use it right off the bat, so that's nice!

A shame this is way slower than the chauffeur on land, way cooler aesthetic, the harley is too basic and annoying to listen to.
