Did a quick test of this one applied to a 262 trinket. Tooltip says it has a chance to heal for 1367, while I noticed heals for 1492. This seems to be because of the %healing done from versatility.

Had a mob melee me for 3m16s. This procced 5 times.

So the healing is very weak. If you were to pick this one up, it'd be for the avoidance. It gives 63 avoidance, which translates into 4.5% dmg reduction from aoe (not sure if there's diminishing returns if you already have a ton of avoidance).

Can these affects stack if you have the item in 3 separate pieces of gear?

It would be nice if tooltips would explain what stacks and doesn't a little more. If I make a 12 set with all of these, does one tick of agony have 12 chances/tick, having 12 chances with say 0.1% proc?(just fake % for point) Does it just stack it, so for example 1 is a =0.1%, can I get a max of 0.12%. Or do I only get 1 chance per time being hit? I was silly and made a full Corpse Infusion set. Really doesn't seem like anything drops more so I may have just wasted a ton of time.

does this work in dungeons/raids/rated pvp, or just outdoors shadowlands?

I have a single piece of 262 gear with Cosmic Protoweave. In raids (I'm a tank) it is doing anything from 1.9% to 3.3% of my healing, that's 28 to 89 hps, depending on the fight.

In m+ it is doing between 2.5% and 3% of my healing overall. It proc'ed up to 3 times in a 33sec fight so seems like it has something like a 10s cooldown.

The amount of Avoidance you get is determined by the item level of the crafted piece you put it onto.

Interestingly, the Avoidance given by this is also affected by the type of armor you put it on, unlike the Pure-Air Sail Expansions, which give a flat 62 Speed on every 233 armor piece (68 for jewelry). The heal proc, however, is determined only by the ilevel of the crafted piece.

The Avoidance you get for a given 233 piece:
Helm, Chest, Pants: 73
Shoulders, Gloves, Belt, Boots: 55
Neck, Rings: 45
Wrist, Cloak: 41

The heal proc you get on any piece of a given ilevel:
233: 896
262: 1367

Thus, if you'd like to maximize the amount of avoidance you get, but don't want an entire set of cosmic protoweave enhanced gear , search for 262's or 233's of helms, chests, or pants with this optional crafted reagent on it. EDIT: Avoidance no longer seems to hardcap at 20%. I'm not entirely sure when this changed, but it was probably pretty recent.
