Rep reduced by the Enlightened, Ascended and Undying Army (Banit in ZM, Pocimos at Hero's Rest & Elysian Hold, Elsie in the Stitchyard & Varissa in ToP).
If this changes I'll update this. I got down voted as I originally had just Banit and Cartel Au here.
OUTDATED: Currently on live, the kettles are rep reduced by the Enlightened if bought from Banit in Zereth Mortis. 237.5 at Friendly, 225 at Honored, 212.5 at Revered and 200g at Exalted. I already thought this is going to be the primary feast in Sepulcher as all around it's much cheaper in the long run, but at 200g/kettle it's even better.

This is important. Came here to ask if the kettle disappears but answered myself while posting. As you can see, the icon in this article has a "20" in the frame. Like when items where you buy a bunch for the same price. But if you buy it (will costs 250) at least from Au'van, the cooking vendor in Oribos (who also sells the Acqua Sorgiva Rinfrescante in packs of 5), it won't show any in-frame quantity. I haven't checked if this is with every vendor. This means it disappears with it first use. Keep this in mind...
