The schematic for this mount is located in the first room of the Sepulcher Raid.

Jump down to the ground where the frogs are, run left to the back to https://www.wowhead.com/maps?data=13742:454326, it's between the chains under the platform.

Serenade plays a chime sound when you mount and when you use /mountspecial that sounds like Baoding balls. It also has small music notes coming out from under the back of the saddle.

I went with this one for my first Craft mount,

what a surprise to discover it rolls into a ball and tucks it's little head in for the unique "mount ability" that works on some ground mounts and flying mounts in non-flying zones. Speaking of which, is there a way to use a flying mounts "special move" ability in a flying zone? Because i've been looking for a way to change the keybind for the mount ability since 2009 to no avail. you probably have no idea what i'm saying, some of you might.

This may be obvious to most people but it was not for me...if you haven't unlocked the little place where you can construct mounts, this pattern will not be available to you.

You can grab this schematic by yourself if you don't want to get into groups. Make a group in the group finder, logout. Log into an alt and join the group you made on your main. Convert to a raid then you can enter and grab the schematic.

To get Serenade you need to have unlocked the Sopranian Understanding node in the Daelic column of the cypher. After you unlock this a quest appears on the map you will need to complete to unlock the Protoform synthesis (mount maker). Once you've done this, the schematics for all of the mounts will now be obtainable.

Serenade requires you to go into the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid and jump don into the pool before the first boss. The trash will start attacking you if you aren't careful. The schematic for Serenade is hidden vertically inside a chain ring in the corner.

Once you've obtained this you will also need to get:

1x Helicid Lattice (kill snails in Zereth Mortis or buy on the auction house).
1x Crystallized Echo of the First Song (on the island where the raid is look for a yellow crystal near the waterfalls).
500x Genesis Motes (Killing most creatures in Zereth Mortis will often drop these)

Once you're done, go back to where you craft the mounts and you will have a new snail friend!

Q. Where did Seranade (Helucid/snail) go? Can’t find it in the listings at the Proto Synthesis Forge for mounts.
A. It's spelled Serenade. The search function at the Forge requires 4 or more letters spelled correctly.
